I have read in one of the thread that there is no need to report since the baby is not yet born but if it is already born you shld report it to the CEM as additional family.

I mentioned on my letter that I am pregnant and will deliver my child here in Canada but I still need to send them an official letter after the baby is born. :-)

I am happy but disappointed too.. We did gave also evidences about my wife's son that we couldn't locate the biological father of the boy and that we can not let him sign the declaration of non accompanying parent.. we also gave the court order of changing the last name of the child to her mothers name since they are not married and that the court also included in the order that the biological father abandoned the child since birth. Now they are requiring his (biological father) consent.. it shld be giver 30 days only.

Change in circumstance

Please advise by fax or email if there is a change in your personal circumstances, or the personal
circumstances of any of your family members. This might include situations such as the birth of a child, a
marriage, a legal separation, annulment, or divorce. (See our contact information below.)

...... one information attached in our letter

I just got an email from the Manila Visa Office about our application ...

"Dear Applicant,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

You submitted photos which do not meet our current standard specifications. In order for our office to issue your visa(s) and/or Confirmation of Permanent Resident form(s), you must submit two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member respecting precise specifications that can be found at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf.

The required photos must be submitted thru the Visa Application Centre (VAC). Find a VAC in your area at http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/.

The issuance of your visa(s) and/or Confirmation of Permanent Resident form(s) is time sensitive so it is important for you to submit your correct photos within 15 days from the date of this letter. Failure to comply within the given timeframe will lead to a delay in the processing of your application.

Sincerely,

Permanent Resident Unit "

We are currently in Canada... it says we must submit the photos through the Visa Application Center... but none are listed for Canada? How can we send the Manila visa office photos from Canada ?

does anyone have any experience with this?

Thank you!

^ Same as above. Interested to see if someone else has the same experience and has some advice.
