Hi,

My wife's visa was approved today! We applied Mid June 2015. Due to her medical expiring soon, they seem to have rushed it a little, and she has to land on or before March 16th. WE'LL FINALLY BE BACK TOGETHER! SO EXCITED!

That's terrific news. Congratulations.

Di ko alam kung natanong na to before, baka naoverlook ko lang. Pero sa mga sponsors, did you guys send employment letters/notices of assessment from the CRA with your applications? I'm just about done gathering all the documents I need to sponsor my husband but I haven't filed my taxes. Will the employment letter suffice o dapat may NOA din? Thanks sa mga makakasagot :)
Yup need mong magsubmit ng notice of assessment from last yr if di kpa nakapagfile ng tax ngayon, letters from the employers/ company at option C print out na galing sa CRA. I hope it helps

thanks.. ang bilis nyo pong mag VOH!

Sinwerte lang. I'm sure all you guys are next. We will all get our turn at the right time. It was a long 8 months but finally I will be reunited with my wife and our dog in June a little less then 2 months of waiting left.

My next project is to get a visitors visa for my mother and father in law. I badly miss their cooking.

Hoping for the best for all the members here. Rest assured I will still login to assist those in need of information even after my wife has arrived. Until now I still get PM's requesting for assistance.

Just keep on tracking it on VFS and if it says it will be forwarded to courier then track in on 2go tracking. Malapit na yan. :)

Hi again everyone,

may icoconsult po sana ako, I just recently resigned fr my work here in Singapore last official service date was 31st of Mar. Sa banko po ako nagwowork and it was really becoming toxic na in which on top of everything I prioritized my health than to stay longer sa stressful environment ng bank life. Health is wealth above all. Sa mga may experiences kase working in bank, ayun as per normal lunchbreak is always short and fast lagi nagmamadali, loaded with operations issue pa etc...

to make my situation story short, naka social visit pass napo ako til 30th Apr dito because last 31Mar cancelled na ang working visa ko in Singapore so aftr that I am only allowed to stay 30days dito.

Naghahanap po ako ng malilipatan but on the event na matapos na 30days I plan to go back home and duon na po sa Pinas magaantay ng aking visa to follow my husband in Canada. We are expecting na next step ay magrerequest sila ng Police clearance fr Pinas at dito cause I stayed here for almost 5yrs tama po ba?

And basically I need to inform cic and update my residential current address if ever which is back to Pinas address para duon na din ako magaantay ng PPR if ever, makakaapekto po ba iyon? back to square 1 po ba sakali un kase worries ni hubby but as far as I read the guidelines any changes you just have to update cic accordingly to dont get them mislead sa inyong informations tama po ba?

Thank you po sa makakapagaan ng understanding ko about this matter in advance!

Happy and patiently waiting everyone. In God's grace keep our faith....

Hi Angelvidal, I was trying to analyze what's really your question? Correct me if I had an understanding of what you are trying to ask po. You are asking if makakaapekto po ba, meaning makakadelay ng proseso kung maguupdate ka sa CIC ng new address mo dahil uuwe kana? From what I believe, based sa trend ng process ng CIC, definitely hinde namn back to zero. Just that pwedeng mabilis or mabagal sila magrespond sa update request mo. Continous process lang sya kase acceptable namn ang mga address update and the like. About sa Police Clearance, definitely manghihingi sila ng police clearance from Singapore and you will need the letter from Canada Immigration which they will send on your email. You mentioned that you still have 30days in Singapore, I hope that's enough until CIC sent the request for Police Clearance. If so, mas ok kxe payapa ka ng uuwe ng Pinas while waiting for your case. result. In case the 30days lapses and you have to go back to Phi then you have to deal with the process na you will have to go back to Singapore to ask for the Police Clearance and wait for the result and bring it with you sa Phil. I'm just not sure how many days for them to give the result. I'm not really sure if I helped in a way. Goodluck! :)

Hi Zimper, have you tried requesting GCMS notes. It could help in a way at least makita nio anu na ung mga nagawa sa papers nio. Try to send them email as well baka swertihin ka at magreply sila. Goodluck!

Hi Nicah,

Thanks it is actually exactly what I was asking. One thing po meron ako nabasa na in case i'll be going home na sa Pinas ay pwede daw po ako na mag ask sa embassy of Singapore sa atin regarding the request
of Police clearance sakaling meron na po ako email from CIC... parang embassy po naten ang magrerequest on behalf of me kapag nasa Pinas na dahil nga technically i am not here in Singapore that time if ever..

Ayun... Salamat po for the comfort words about my case.
