Hello pls help mga forum mates... Sana maraming bisaya dito at ng hindi na ako mahirapan... Ganito kasi ang nangyari.. NagDubai ako way back 2000-2001.. Almost 15 yrs na nakalipas...tapos hindi ako hinihingan ng police clearance ng cic.. Tapos ngayon may kutob ako nabaka ito ang dahilan kon bat ang tagal ng processing ng papers ko.. Kaya ginawa ko nag request ako ng police cert sa Dubai at dumating ngayon... Sulatan ko ba ang cic?or intayin kong request nila? kasi mag 10months na papers ko wala pa rin ppr baka ito ang dahilan.. Salamat po

If you're talking about information on IMM 5669, personal history since the age of 18 or the past 10 years whichever is more recent; I think since that's 15 years ago then it should not be a problem.

You can ask CIC or CEM if they still require that information and tell them that you can send the docs ASAP. Just write to them first, I'm sure if they require that document then they will request it from you while they're doing the investigation of your case.

Ano ba yung AOR at File transfer?

AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt. (email sent by CPC or CIC that they have received and have started processing your application)

File transfer = upon approval of sponsorship documents will be sent to the embassy in Manila for further processing.

Q. Kung umabot na ng 8 to 10 months, pwede na ba mag follow.up?

Puwede naman pero hindi most likely hindi nila bubuksan pa ang file mo kung under normal processing times. Most likely generic email matatanggap niyo.

1. Received application : sept 2,2015
2. Acknowledging receipt of application : Nov 10,2015
3. Started processing : Nov. 9,2015
4. Medical have been received.

Sino po mga kasabayan ko dito and meron na po ba naka ppr na? Ano na susunod dito?

Don't quote me on this but as far as I know, ang tiningnan lang nila sa medical is if you have an infectious disease that can be a danger to the public (HIV, TB, etc.)

When I went to get my medical, they sent the results electronically and they gave me a receipt that I sent with my application the same day.

Wala pa ako sa ppr. Hopefully this month or next kasi medical ko is expiring this 28 april. Usually daw kapag nag req sila ng re-meds after nun ppr na then dm.

Hi Zimper, have you tried requesting GCMS notes. It could help in a way at least makita nio anu na ung mga nagawa sa papers nio. Try to send them email as well baka swertihin ka at magreply sila. Goodluck!

Opo meron na po ung GCMS notes sabi nila doon security at criminality (not started yet) and the rest of the notes are good.

anong date kapo? nag followup kami last march.. pwede naman mag follow up kahit generic/automated ang reply. kasi nababasa padin naman nila message mo..
