1st Q: I guess it depends on the VO who process the papers or depending on how fast they obtain the record or data of the sponsor but they gave a certain length of time on when you should have received your SA. Ours took more than 50 days before we received it.

2nd Q: I don't think they have any difference in terms of the whole process itself. The length of process will - in my opinion - be base on how complete the application sent was, how fast the applicant complies with the request documents, police record confirmation (for those who work abroad) and recently, with when applicants' medical expiration date.

Hi, my GF is having visitor visa already, and we are planning to get married in India.
because she has visitor visa already so we are planning to travel together to Canada, me as PR and she as visitor.
And i am planning to apply Outland sponsorship while she is with me in Canada, and once passport request comes in, she will go back to India.
and wait for the PR to finalize.
Can anyone please suggest is there any risk in this approach?

If I may ask what was the additional docs requested from you? Btw, only 3 months since your app was filed so would suggest to be patient for now. Hopefully no more additional docs will be requested from you so that there will be no more delay on the processing. And hoping you get PPR no more than 10 months from the time the app was filed. So as those the new ones as well
