Does the minimum income to sponsor the parent is for one person not including the co-signer's income to add up to meet the amount?

Question guys : is the minimum income only refers to the sponsor? Or can be with the co- signer to meet the qualifications? Example: person of 3 minimun income 48,000 - Does the 48,000 income is for sponsor itself?

muka akong shonga --- nag call ako sa DHL bakit ganun need ng tracking.. sabi ko wala akong tracking kasi di naman ako ang nag send.. we are epecting a package from canadian embassy.. waley.... di daw pwede by name.. shonga hehehe kala ko sabi ni jay pwede mag call.. nagmuka akong enggotz hahaha =)
