Yes, on the VFS address in Makati. About the fee, as I understood based on their website, it is the Php537 that you will have to pay. Might as well check pa din with them either by phone or chat. Esp if your wife would prefer to have the passport delivered to her later. With this, she will have to enclosed a prepaid self-addressed envelope through courier.Def Patrick said:

The additional requirements were based from the AOR2 they've sent by email such as the AOM, birth certificate of my sponsor, and a letter explaining my police certificate from Saudi Arabia all in PDF file as instructed. I sent all docs thru email because they indicated the email address and did not mention any snail mail. Then an automatic reply from MVO said they'll review the email and if did not receive a reply within their service standards (28days) means that the info requested is available on their websites or the application is still within processing times---what does this mean po?
So basically po ba, the next step after sending those requirements is to wait at least 3 months for the PPR? Tama po ba?
