Hello RatedK, if you don't mind me asking, may kasama bang dependent sa application niyo?ratedk8 said:Got my husband's Passport Request today.. thank you Lord!
Feb 2016 Applicant here,we submitted our papers and my last name is still not my husband's. It will take a lot of time also kasi hindi lang sa pinas babaguhin pati dito sa doha andami asikasuhin papers for change name, which will hinder the submission of papers namin nang asawa ko.
Thanks in advance

Dont we all wish we have 2grand to fly home anytime we want just to get another taste of good ol' chicharon bituka.xabibella said:As that's the good thing about submitting it personally since you'll know right away if something's wrong. I'd do that too but I don't have 2000 bucks to fly to Manila and be stuck there until they release my passport haha. By the way, how long did your wife wait to get hers back from VFS? Did they give her the option of what courier to use to send her passport back or did she pick it up in person too? I want to estimate when I should start seriously packing my things into boxes
I'm just waiting for their office hours later so I can give them a call and I can figure out what to do. Thanks for your help!
Congratulations po.CC79 said:Dont we all wish we have 2grand to fly home anytime we want just to get another taste of good ol' chicharon bituka.
My wife hasnt received her passport back from CEM yet. The average time ive seen was around 15days due to holy week I'm sure there will be a few delays.
As much as I'd want to give a solid number, it really is unpredictable at this point. My wife called yestreday saying she saw a timetable in VFS that it takes 54days but I'm sure thats not that reliable.
Do inform us if you receive info from VFS that may come in handy.
Thanks!

medyo sinubaybayan kita sa updates sayo kasi I thought na same tayo ng timeline (aug applicant), then na realize ko, naipadala sa akin yung app nung aug pala at nasend ko sa Sept na. So Sept applicant kami ;D
Paano sila nag inform about PPR? snail mail or Email?
Congrats! so halos tumama rin ang projection ko na close to April ang next news sa mga Aug Applicants
Ang MP makakatulong lang sila s pagupdate kung ano na nagawa ng VO. They are getting all information tapos may pipirmahan kang form na allowed sila magtanong s papers ng applicant. Nung ngpunta ako s MP they told me na it may delay nor it may expedite daw application. Kaya di ko pinatuloy ang MP. Its only good if you are over the processing times.huwawei0314 said:Hello po... anyone here experienced na lumapit sa MP (members of the parliament)?
pashare nmn po ng outlook nio about them. thanks po
What causes delay po if ever pala? willing po cla kumuha ng update on behalf?ALMALL said:Ang MP makakatulong lang sila s pagupdate kung ano na nagawa ng VO. They got back to me through email last night and they basically just repeated what was written on the website except in clearer terms (like breakdown of fees, etc). I couldn't get through their help line or live chat on the website. I felt like I was wasting time waiting for their reply so first thing this morning, I decided to express mail my passport and other requirements to my relative in Manila with an authorization letter so he can bring it in person to VFS and pay in cash. It'll get there Saturday or Monday so we'll see then if it worked out hahaCC79 said:Dont we all wish we have 2grand to fly home anytime we want just to get another taste of good ol' chicharon bituka.

Good play, I wouldnt mind paying extra just to get my documents over the fastest possible time. I'm sure that'll be ok. Hopefully they release more passports soon.xabibella said:They got back to me through email last night and they basically just repeated what was written on the website except in clearer terms (like breakdown of fees, etc).
