No, parent are not legally separated, father left them when they're so young without child support. Mother was working overseas to support her daughters. My niece's live in Philippines with my brother's guardian. I just want them here for good.

Hi sis, ang alam ko if you applied for pr both you and your daughter, the visa will be issue both also, meaning same date issue and expiration. This is just an opinion maybe someone else here can help you more. God bless you.
