Yes, I used the old version. When I submitted it, the new version of the application already existed, but we used the old version of the application forms because we had a lot more work already done on them, and it would have been a pain for my wife to re-sign everything, and send me everything by courier to Canada yet again.
May I have a link to that new version of the form?
As for rebooking, I am not sure it is worthwhile... because with Cebu Pacific, rebooking is not possible when buying on a flash sale, or it is so expensive that it ends up costing more than the original ticket price... it's all a racket lol... I might have to chalk it up as a loss if we do not get the passport back in time
But I do not care that much, as of course all that matters to me is to have my wife live here with me.
And of course I will complete everything as quickly as possible. I wonder if my wife will have to physically go to either Manila or Cebu to hand over her passport and 2 pictures? They say they do not accept couriered passports.
As for the documents they are asking... it is a CSQ (I already received it), an advisory on marriages (my wife obtained one yesterday at the NSO), and the fixed IMM 5669 form. Can we just scan them all and send them by email or through their website, or should we send physical copies to the address they provided in the email?
