May isang document na lang ako na kulang. After the Holy Week ko na siguro masend lahat sa CEM. If may prob yung name ng parent mo sa BC mo, dapat mapaayos nyo na para di hassle later esp if you plan on sponsoring them in the future.

Hi janangela, which forms was that? I think Belgiandank was talking about IMM 1344. Afaik, lahat ng forms na required to send to CPC-M original dapat lahat ang signature.

Yung techy na friend ko na save yung forms 1344 at 0008 using IE. start na po namin yung reqs. Kaso problem ko yung name ng mom ko, iba yung last name nya sa could nya sa ba ko. Matagal po bang maayos yun? At ano po kelangan gawin?

Quick question on the Schedule A background form I'm filling out in anticipation of the request from CIC. For the question:

Have you ever been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

we have been denied a TRV for my wife to visit Canada before submitting the sponsorship application, do I answer yes to this question? or is this questions asking if we have been denied admission by CBSA at the airport/border? also, in the in the provide further details area, would I just put refused temporary resident visa or do I also need to include the reason the VO refused the visitor visa or the application # for the TRV application we submitted?

Yes is the answer and you need to provide the details of the refusal. You dont have to provide the application number. Thats what we did on my husband's case, bec he was denied for TRV before.

Yes! actually that information was there even before they informed us the visa was ready for pick up which is why i contacted vfs via chat to ask if its ready

Ano bh ibig sabihin nyan? Anong twag sa document? Wala kasi kaming nkitang attachment na may expiration date.

Hi, pag nag fill ka ng forms, I suggest ilagay mo yung totoong name na ginagamit talaga ng mom mo. If ever lang you plan on sponsoring her in the future, dapat correct na yung name sa BC nya. To have it corrected, she needs to go sa local civil registry kung san registered yung BC nya. If under ng RA 9048 yung correction, within a few months maayos na din yan.

If magmove sa ibang province, except quebec, like at the port of entry, mag ask ang cbsa ofcr sa residential address, tapos sabihin mo new address (ibang province not the same in the application), pwd bah yun?

Naglilipat ka na ba? If dyan ka pa din at the time of landing ni hubby, sabihin nya na lang yung location mo now. Waley na yan sila pakialam after maka-land Wait mo na lang makuha nya yung PR card nya bago kayo lumipat

Lipat n kasi ako sa ibang province bago xa mka.land. pano kaya un? :'(
