Do not understand why people whine about canadian siblings should give them more points. Is this a skill that can benefit canadian society or econmy?

No, but part of the Liberal government's platform is about reuniting families and that would help. Perhaps siblings should come under a different steam as it's not directly economic migration, but I can understand why the government would want to ensure that they go through the same process as everyone else to ensure they can contribute to the country.

I don't think that many points should be awarded though, perhaps only 10-20.

Thing is, there's already another process for family reunification (currently used to sponsor parents and children). Express Entry is a skill based immigration program for economic migrants. Each point is awarded for a skill\achievement you have. It would make no logical sense to award points for siblings within EE. It would, however, make sense to amend the rule for family reunification to include siblings.

Do you mean people who have siblings dont have any skill?if thats the assumption i dont agree. On the contrary they might be better candidates than others. Its just that having a sibling is an added advantage and it is easier for you to settle when you initially land there.

Not universally true.

Nothing is universally true
'The sun rises in the east' isn't that universally true?

i checked the Gazette there is nothing said about arranged employment to support the permanent residency of foreign worker, as its clearly stating definition of qualifying offer of arranged employment just under section Regulations 82 (1) subsection A and subsection B, its nothing there anything about 82(1) subsection C (the skilled worker does not hold a valid work permit and is not authorized to work in Canada under section 186 on the date on which their application for a permanent resident visa is made and)

(i) an employer has made an offer of arranged employment to the skilled worker, and

(ii) an officer has approved the offer of employment based on an assessment — provided to the officer by the Department of Employment and Social Development, on the same basis as an assessment provided for the issuance of a work permit, at the request of the employer or an officer — that the requirements set out in subsection 203(1) with respect to the offer have been met;) which means the arranged employment to support permanent residency will continue to get 600 points as previously i guess, this notification is for people having work permit or qualifying offer of work permit, any suggestion welcome to correct me.

PLEASE WRITE YOUR VIEWS.

most FSW wont have any other option but to go with a pnp cuz we did not get additional points if that s the case the cutoff will never make it to 450 . Ontario will open soon and they will have a faster processing time. Others provinces might open human priority stream to compete with ontario. This will be a new year with a lot of privincial nominations and people with additionals 600 points.

But the PNP quota will remain 51,000 so if they give all PNPs in hurry lets say in 3 months than other 9 months there will be no one me extra 600

How easy will be to obtain a lmia for noc 0016 General Manager Construction in Calgary?

If you search in job bank for noc 0016 in Calgary there are only 3 jobs listed. So 1, it's not really in demand. next your employer HAS to pay you the high wage for that role because of the skill level. That's currently $95 per hour or about $250,000 per year. You will have to prove this to get an LMIA.

http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/report-eng.do;jsessionid=B6BC0EF477521DB1185B3323EC8466CF.imnav4?area=25411&lang=eng&noc=0016&action=final&s=0&source=6#report_tabs_container2

Getting an lmia is harder than getting pr as your boss has to prove they can't find anyone else and prove that the salary above is paid to other past managers in that role.

So if your company can prove they interviewed people for a month, provide job adverts that were up for a month, prove they paid the last person that much or very close, and then you can prove you have the experience at that salary then MAYBE you'll get an LMIA.

Oh and as a side point, you won't have a boss. In this kind of role the only person hiring you will be HR or the board of directors. If you have a manager then 0016 is definitely NOT your code.

Two more gazette notices might come soon separately for Siblings, French, may be next week before Nov 19.

After all, it was 3 separate things: 1) Student, 2)Sibling and 3)French.

That's why it might come separately.

This gazette mentioned about change wording of other sections that didn't link to students, like lmia's.

This might be the new system "express entry family reunification"

That's "their vision" so might not happen.
