Hello all,
I'm a CRC applicant and I've done a pg certificate i.e. a 1 year( 2 semester project management post graduate certificate). I'm Waiting at 461 since March and these 15 points could finally mean some progress for me.

Can someone please tell me if all 1 year post graduate courses would also receive 15 points?
Thank you for time in advance.

most FSW wont have any other option but to go with a pnp cuz we did not get additional points if that s the case the cutoff will never make it to 450 . Ontario will open soon and they will have a faster processing time. Others provinces might open human priority stream to compete with ontario. This will be a new year with a lot of privincial nominations and people with additionals 600 points.

Hi friends

I am currently on 2 years work permit in BC and have got permanent job offer from my employer. My trade welding falls in NOC B . I was dreaming of getting PR under express entry through F.S.T.P .

I am unclear will they award 600 points to existing workers or not ?

Please reply

thanx to all

I'm also expecting this, if this is the case my score will jump up to 479 from 432 :) :) :)

Well if these courses were credible enough to get us the work permit, they should be credible enough to get us the extra 15 points too... seniors please comment

Bro under new rules I will be at 455, do you think I have a chance?

Yes! But wait for a couple of months I think. It will all depend on how many other students have higher scores and the number of ITAs that CIC issue.

Guys, Has confirm with internal source that LMIA will get 600 points but anyone who don't have LMIA but only arrange employment then they also get 50 points. so don't worry for whoever applied LMIA..

You don't need an "internal source" to read the publicly posted updates on the Government website.

It is NO LONGER 600 points. It is now 200 or 50, depending on the NOC type.

Stop spreading bullshit.

Hmm "senior manager" is a really easy title to fake. I see a lot of people obtaining reference letters from their relatives' companies that say they are "senior managers". A very easy target for immigration consultants to exploit as well.
For these jobs, you need to make at least 100k per year ;D so even if you fake, it will cost u a fortune :D

The typical international student with perfect CLB score, bachelors degree and 1 year of experience will have 444 points before the new 30 bonus, so now they will have 474.

I would think, just based on the number in the past, the cut-offs will probably stay around the same. Just now instead of letting in lots of low Core human factors chefs/cooks/restaurant managers with bonus 600 pts from LMIA, you'll just have a back log of former international students.

I think the next few months of draws will stay in the 470's, until they are all cleared.

Yes, I also call bullshit on this. The new ministerial instructions are very clear. S.29 of the instructions regarding the management of EE (which states that a qualifying job offer gets 600pts) is being replaced in its entirety by a different clause saying 200pts for 00 major group NOC qualifying job offers and 50pts for all other qualifying job offers.

Your "internal source"is either a figment of your imagination, is deliberately lying to you or is not familiar with the new rules. You should probably point them in the direction of the ministerial instructions:

They haven't confirm removal of 600 points on Government website.
They said arrange employment will get 200 or 50 in respective of their NOC codes.
