Does anybody is getting offer letter from employer for minimum period of 1 year after getting PR for obtaining those 50 points.

Thats difficult to get such letter from most of the employer.

what does it mean relative ranking and How to see the relative ranking in the pool ?

Yeah... I asked this a while ago and was ignored.. hehehe

I'm also interested on how to see my relative rank in the pool.. apparently with this new system you should be able to see what's your position based on your current CRS points.

Also, I updated my profile this weekend and I haven't gotten any points yet.

My points did get updated but as I do not have offer lettter, I reverted back my change to NO for job offer

Job offer is nothing but a letter from your HR with your role, pay, duration of stay and NOC details. We all should have it.
Atleast at the time of your extension, you should have received that letter.

But it says for definite period of time. But Cic wants letter saying for atleast one year we will be here after getting PR. Thts why reverted back.

I too have that concern. In my case my extension is going on from Jan17 to Jan18. Hopefully if our profile got picked in next pick,
we will get 60 days to submit the doc. While we submit the profile with all relevant documents we will be having 1 year of valid job offer.
But it may turn any way.....

Its a nice score, but you dont have any letter from your employer with those details.

what is the duration mentioned in that letter. Did you have that till mid of 2018?
