I sent it through BLUE DART COURIER

Exactly same answer.....they are going to take ages i am telling you man....they sent the same reply to me 10-12 days back....wait is the key word here

i am here with an update but not happy update
i got reply from CHC for my enquiry e-mail. i am here copying their reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

This file is currently pending final review by the responsible processing team and a decision by the officer. As soon as the review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants in case any further documentation or information is required. If the officer is satisfied all requirements have been met, visas will be issued, following which we will return the passports to the applicant by registered mail. Kindly note that it can take several days for registered mail to reach its destination.

Please be advised that all statutory requirements must be met before we can issue visas. We therefore cannot provide you with a precise date by which this application will be finalized and the passports returned. Your continued patience is appreciated. We can assure you that we give the highest processing priority to cases which are ready for visa issuance for which passports have been submitted. Until we contact the applicant, either to request additional documents or information or to return the passports, we will not be able to respond to further enquiries.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

I Sent it through Blue Dart & its fine.

They Charge 250/- Regular (Two days Delivery) & 400/- Express (Next Day deliver)

I too had sent an email query on the status of PR after my medicals/ DD encashment/ PP submit three days back, and today i too got a reply that your application is in the final stage of reviewing and that to wait for 4-6 weeks..
I dont know why they are keeping our passports for so long
Lets hope everything will ok by Feb..

Hmmmm as i said brother they have a standard reply they are giving to everyone.....they want you to be totally frustrated before you go there so that you find nothing else frustrating enough once you are in canada.....its like a training for hardships ahead

Vidya may be your are better placed as they have not mentioned about the team and processing....they have just told you that review by the VO is pending..you never know as they are unpredictable...but the keyword again is wait....hope you will get the VISA shortly....god bless
