Thanks Sachin4canada it feels great but now I feel that I have nothing to wait for as I was in habit of checking CIC site and then canadavisa forums every day :P :P

I was checking my ecas today and got the following message

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons"

Mine was in process and have submitting passports for visa.

I am joining this thred also.
My medical done on Sep 20 and Passports sents on Oct 6, 2010. Its alomost 3 months since I have sent passports to New Delhi.
 
@ laxmi - I will not worry till around 3 PM thats when the site is updated.If problem persists, it is high time to write to CHC

Hi Laxmikanthms,

When i tried now, its working.

When you get this message, possible reasons are
1. your data entered is wrong (file number, DOB, Place, Firstname). You get this message only when this happens.
2. recheck all the data and try again.
3. Before trying remove cache from your browser and try.

If this is not working out then as ankit said, you can raise query, but you can wait for atleast today before to do that.

Yes I am also guessing the same.
