Initially my surname and givenname were interchanged by CHC and today when I checked my ecas was not working and then when I tried with the correct surname it shows the details and still inprocess status.

Looks like the VO has updated my information..atleast they have opened my file...now I can expect my visa soon (hoping)...

Still my names were not corrected :-[...Still there are mistakes in my surname as per their site...

@ laxmi - I will not worry till around 3 PM thats when the site is updated.If problem persists, it is high time to write to CHC

Hello guys,

I think its time I joined this thread actively. I got my request for medicals and passport in december 2009. But could not finish medicals as I was pregnant. Submitted passport and medicals for kid on december 28th 2010. [took time to get passport for child-]

A canada visa officer from delhi called me sometime in december and enquired about my status and sent the medical request form for my child. Hopefully by god's grace things should work. Hope and pray is all i can do now.

I got my medical and PPR together on 4th Nov 2010, I have sent my passport on 25th Nov 2010, waiting for passport back with stamp.

e-cas status is in process

let us hope for the best.

Guys I would like to share that my status has changed to "Decision Made" which was a week after receipt of passports. Just so that people can calculate the status change.

All the best to you guys - I see lot of movement in the April and May section.
