PR or Citizen? PR is not recommended, because it requires PR sponsor to be physically remained in Canada through the entire process. While a short period visit should be OK, but a month long visit will potentially jeopardize your application. Citizen, then go as you wish.

It is absolutely fine to go for whatever time you want unless it wont harm your current job. Once your sponsorship decision had been made. There is nothing to worry about.

My apology, I confused and mixed with PR has to be physically in Canada to file the application and Applicant has to be physically in Canada through the whole process for inland application.

Do you have any source of info on this? Most of here in the forum are talking about the short trip of 2-3 weeks max.
Do u know anyone in the forum had a month of vacation?

Guys, help needed

In IMM 5532E form 1. Sponsor's employment history: If I did contract job for 3 months and did incorporation. I was director of the company, so will that come under self employment or should I update as worked as Director of so and so company. Please advise Thanks,

Yes that's correct with inland PA cannot leave Canada. With Outland they can leave and come back to Canada but cannot work here. We chose out-land and my spouse & I don't see a point in not having flexibility of travel back home, in case of an emergency plus no appeal for inland.

My spouse is also NDVO but has a valid visitor visitor visa till 2023 (applied when we were still dating 2 yrs ago) and he visits for 3-4 weeks and never a problem at the airport. Last dec is the 3rd visit and first one after our wedding.
Thanks!!!!!
