@Dhillonss looks like mine and yours same officer as per my GCMS notes SM01395. Mine due date was 10/25. I am March 20 applicant and may 08th AOR2.
When i see my GCMS notes closely. i see i got recommended passed by officer 1 on 06/23. Again on 07/23 he checked my file and extended the due date till 10/25.

So as per my knowledge if rest all (security/criminality) done by 09/29 you will get DM on that day, else if he have any pending he will extend the due date. But i see they will do some action on system on that day. we all should hope for best.

I feel its about time to get march n april get done.

what's the status of your criminality?

@Janchor @InCaAnRo - what does you GC key says. Mine says in Final decision- your application was approved. Check below message for more details. I dont see any message other than medical request though. It says your BCG is completed. Your eligibility has been reviewed. Are you guys seeing the same ?

I think they are generated in Canada from a specific department either in Ottawa or Mississauga but each Visa Office (Worldwide) has access to GCMS as its a system used in the Immigration Process to review and update files.

Hello!

My wife date of Birth was registered late in the Birth Certificate. So we submitted the photocopy of 10th Standard and voter id along with the birth certificate in the spousal PR application package.

We got the following request today to provide additional documentation in myCIC:
Birth registration/certificate: If a birth is registered late, include the original baptism certificate and other original documents establishing identity such as: Old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard). This must be received at this office by: 2017/09/05

Could someone advise,
- We do not have baptism certificate or something similar. What additional documentation could we submit for it? My wife is from India. She has voter id, Aadhar card, Passport, Pan Card, 10th Standard memo, 5th standard memo in native language and 6th to 8th standard study certificate
- Do we need to submit original ? there is a placeholder provided in myCIC to upload document. So I believe, it’s not original. What do they mean by original ?

You are not required to send Baptism Certificate since you have a Birth Certificate. You need to send - Original Voter ID Card, Original Class 10th Pass Certificate, Original Middle School (Class 8 and 5) Report Card (Since the documents are in native language, so please send certified english translation in a format required by IRCC) also attach copy of the birth certificate (though already sent). Send the documents by courier to CPC-Canada if your file is in Canada else NDVO.

- Isn't it risky to send the original documents by courier ? Would notary (stating them as certified true copies) work instead of sending the original document.
- For class 8, we do not have the Report card. We have the study certificate. It has the Date of birth mentioned in it. hope, it is okay ?

I sent through courier (with signature proof). Notary will not be accepted. Study certificate of class 8 is good enough.

Sorry. i meant to ask, would sending the original documents risky because does CIC return the documents back for sure? As they are important documents, i am little hesitant of sending the originals.
