Just an advice, it's most likely waste to apply for trv because first of all if any information in trv application is different than in PR application then that will create an issue. Also they know u applied for immigration means u obviously don't have strong ties to ur country (India) for this reason they will reject. I tried twice and it was rejected they had sent back the trv application in five days ! Just wait patiently that's all we can do ! ::)
Sorry to hear about the rejection, there are certain rules which need to be adhered to before applying for the TRV.
1. You need to mention about the UCI in the section where it says, have you applied for immigration. This is very important, else they will feel that you are hiding the truth.
2. You need to wait till you get your AOR2 for applying and more importantly, once your file goes in Review of Eligibility, which means that they are looking into your file and have atleast gotten some information on the file.
3. There have been people on this forum who have been successful after the second attempt, but i would highly urge you to not apply immediately and give it a month.

And YES, information submitted in both files should be exactly identical, along with a strongly worded invite letter from the Sponsor that they take your ownership of the fact that while their PA is in Canada, they will be liable for all costs and that the PA will not over stay their Visa.

Like someone has already requested, could you please share more insight as to what you think was not matching in both files.

Hey
Thanks for ur advice, it was just so hard for us to stay away, so we had applied before the immigration and didnt mention about immigration at all. I guess that makes my advice a little irrelevant, sorry guys! :-X Maybe if we try now following ur advice it may work but after two rejections chances are very less :( and my representative has recommended that I shld wait. I should have joined this forum long back !!! About the information, that was just an advice from my representative that all information in PR and trv application must match, like just don't make any mistakes, that's all.

My rejection reason was ties to home country . Not really sure what they will consider strong as this is difficult to show in my situation. I heard they like to see property or job as one . Also travel history which was wierd as I had given full excel sheet and passport stamps copies and all dates in full detail with purpose of trips.

Does ndvo makes decision today or after evening when canada office start working? Dont knw how do they sent ppr and also i have representative will they send ppr email to her or on my email?

I have herd that NDVO handles the application for india as well as Nepal bhutan afghanistan and few more places. The big ques is why ??? Is india not big population to process? Why add those others too??

Is NDVO still working on April and may applications? I hope they finish by Jan . Hopefully good news coming soon for all waiting . It's motivational to see others get PPR
