Sorry to hear about the rejection, there are certain rules which need to be adhered to before applying for the TRV.reemfa said:Just an advice, it's most likely waste to apply for trv because first of all if any information in trv application is different than in PR application then that will create an issue. Also they know u applied for immigration means u obviously don't have strong ties to ur country (India) for this reason they will reject. I tried twice and it was rejected they had sent back the trv application in five days ! Just wait patiently that's all we can do ! :
1. You need to mention about the UCI in the section where it says, have you applied for immigration. This is very important, else they will feel that you are hiding the truth.
2. You need to wait till you get your AOR2 for applying and more importantly, once your file goes in Review of Eligibility, which means that they are looking into your file and have atleast gotten some information on the file.
3. There have been people on this forum who have been successful after the second attempt, but i would highly urge you to not apply immediately and give it a month.
And YES, information submitted in both files should be exactly identical, along with a strongly worded invite letter from the Sponsor that they take your ownership of the fact that while their PA is in Canada, they will be liable for all costs and that the PA will not over stay their Visa.
Like someone has already requested, could you please share more insight as to what you think was not matching in both files.
