We all have been waiting for so long now....can't wait any further...this is height of NDVO stupidity...can't they work logically and finish off all pending applicant of Jan>>Feb>>March quickly

I wish they follow FIFO policy
But they are so fkd up and they only looking to improve their statistics lol dear

No policy buddy...neither FIFO nor LIFO...its all look to me as random slips picking from a child ;D

Worried part is no BGC in process at the moment...and no good news in the last 2-3 weeks on this forum, apart from lil bits....looks like they are again on a long sleep :'(

I agree, no logic, don't know how they are processing, don't know why they are not doing our files......and yes, all they care about is stats...nothing else

Thanks for the wishes. I was planning to book my trip to India in Jan. Usually how long is the validity of the Visa? We did out medical in Feb. I heard it is one year from the date of the medical exam, but just wanted to confirm.

Also, can anyone advice what is confirmation of permanent resident and how do I get it? Apparently it is needed when landing.

Congratulations..!! yes, its one year from the meds date., so in ur case it must be till feb only . When u get the passport back from NDVO, they do send some papers along in envelope , you will find that Confirmation of Permanent resident form in it. you should not sign it unless u land in Canada.

And the rest members, i do follow this forum regularly and its very sad to see early 2016 people stilllllll waiting . Whats Actually disturbing is we can't really guess which month is being processed and who's next....?!! Hopefully the DMs and PPrs will start raining again SOOON...

well looking at your timeline and if this is going to be your first notes, then i wouldn't suggest because i got mine last week only and it's not that informative apart from one conclusion that i possibly able to make is that they find marriage genuine and passed it on without any irk (so hopefully no matter of any interview)...rest nothing has started like security or criminality

Rest your wish if you want to shed few bucks

Uzmi - when you got PPR request, did they also ask for re-medical or PCC again considering the earlier upfront medical or PCC would be quite old by then for them ?

Yea this will be my first note..you mean to say you are able to make out for the notes that your genuinity of marriage is not in question and interview will not be needed..if I able get this information I would surely spend some bucks lol..I just worried that if it makes any negative impact..

Nope!!they didn't asked for anything . Immediately after PPR I just sent them the passport and in two three working days I got back. And since my PCC and medical was of feb 2016, it was just 7 months old so I guess they doesn't need it before it's an year.
My visa is valid till feb 2017.

My PCC and medical both are going to expire in Dec, so i am bit worried now...i don't want to be in line of re's as that will make process more delayed...sob...sob :'(

Guys silence reader of this forum ... I m April 2006 applicant but still not get any update 12 and 14 April peopel get ppr request and I m not it is normal or something wrong with my application ... Any April applicat who still not get DM /PPR pls mention so I can get feel satisfied that other also with me

I am Feb'16 applicant and there are so many even before to me......no traces of BGC even.....it's normal for NDVO way of working...

Hope you provided all relevant documents along with your application...if yes, then fall in line and just pray!

many of feb and march applicants didnt get PPR yet. they pick very randomly. All u can do is wait for ur tuurn. in between Please share ur timeline
