Yesterday cic send me my file and attach
A latter your representative is not authorised in Canada
Apply without representative or appoint authorised representative
Now please tell me can I send this file to without representative?
Can I removed both of representative form from my file ?

Yes check and file again and take off all representative relevant data and re apply.

Quick questions:
1) Though the background says 'in progress", "Review of eligibility" still says "Review in progress". Is this normal?
2) Does my wife get an email when the status of the background changed from "Not started" to "in progress"? She has not gotten any AOR2 so hoping she will get an email on this one. As of now, she does not seem to have got it yet.

Can you guys please clarify?

i would recommend you to call CIC and verify if email has been setup properly on ur file.

Even if background check is in progress , review of eligibility will be still in process. It doesn't change at all till the end . And yes u do get an email saying there was an update in ur application . That's it. , but if u do check regularly and found an update without getting notified ...no worries , this update will be sent after like 8-9 hours .

My background check and review of eligibility was in progress till I got my passport back with visa , so they don't change anything after the BGC.! Once u get the DM /PPR... it doesn't really matter to check this account.

Even if I get the vistor visa and return ticket back to Canada

I don't think it should be issue .It can be issue if you stay in India for more ....... like 2 or 3 years or may be even 1 year but of course be ready to answer the questions like your intentions to come back to Canada .I am going to stay with my spouse for a few months too ....going to India soon on tourist visa

I had the chance to visit my spouse in India after 3 months of applications submission. Is is advised that I update CIC that I visited her and the time spent together, or will that mess up the queue (not sure if it does)?

I got my Aor1 email from CIC on 23-08-2016. Today i got another email from cic. I dont know what is it?
Email stating as

Dear ....
This refers to the application to sponsor a member of the family class you submitted to this office on behalf of ..... and family (if applicable).

This is to acknowledge receipt of your sponsorship application and to advise that your file is presently pending review by an officer. you will be contacted in the future if further information is required or as soon as the decision on your application is finalized.

why my file is pending? i already got my Aor1 now i was waiting for SA.

In MyCIC, the email is correct under the section 'Notification Information' at the top. As of evening (India time), she has not received any email.When we click on 'Check status and messages', there is a section called 'Application messages' at the bottom. Does this get updated when they send an email?

Do you know number is it? In myCIC, I am pretty sure the email is correct. If at all, there is a chance that the email on the submitted application may be incorrect (which is also very unlikely as we double-checked, but there is a chance since we did not take a photocopy of the submitted application for us to be sure).
