Not received Letter/email after SA decision made

Hi All,

Its been 14 days since we received DM on SA side.

Still we have not received any letter or email.

We have to apply for CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) and for that we need letter or email from CIC.

Is it normal that it is taking this much time to get letter/email?
