I applied for my husband from India. CIC mississauga received and starting processing on April 18 2016. Now they transfered the file to NDVO. They added 3 lines to the file. Last line showing: Medical results have been received. They have been processing file since May 24. Husband didnt receive AOR 2 but its under processing.
Whats the next process and how long will they take from here now? Any suggestions!

Don't worry about AOR2 as long as it is showing that they have started processing your application. I never received AOR2 from ndvo. Wish you fast processing!

You can track your passport online with the tracking ID that they provided when you submitted your passport.

How far are u into the process? I heard if u apply from india than takes longer compared to Canada?

I got Decision Made on my application on 17th Sept and PPR on 18th, so the wait is almost over for me It took 7 and half months for the whole process.

No progress in case after AOR2.

I feel depressed as I see 12th April applicants getting updates.

My husband lives in Michigan, USA on work visa and I live in Canada. I sent his PR application under the family class in Aug 2016. The application has been approved and sent to New Delhi, India office for further processing.
1. Can anybody tell me how to check the the processing time? When I check the processing time on CIC website, it shows me 13 months if I chose the option of applied from Canada but I am not sure if I should select applying from India as the application has been sent to New Delhi. Selecting option India gives me the processing time of 19 months.
Which one is correct?

2. What happens next after the application has been sent to new Delhi?

Since u applied from Canada I blieve its 13mnths processing time for u if its India than its 19 mnths.
There are two parts to the application. i guess since they sent it to new delhi they will process the pr part of the app. They will look ur husbands part of the app now. Your part is done
