About 4-5 persons including myself received SA...not a good look for the amount of applicants on the spreadsheet :(

Sorry! And thanks Stuntxd9 , I should have been specific while mentioning the spreadsheet.

In the NDVO spreadsheet I do not see any updates of SA from April month,

All,

My Ecas status (PR side) says that they started processing my file at May 4th. I am counting days assuming May 4th as AOR2 date.
However, i haven't received an official AOR2 letter till now (its been three weeks). Today i reached out to CIC callcentre, she said that she can't help me and asked me to reach out to NDVO
office. So, i sent a email inquiry to NDVO.

What are my options? is anyone still waiting to get AOR2 for long time? Did anybody got AOR2 by mail?

Please advise

PS: I verified the contact details of both the sponsor and applicant with the agent

That is actually longer than usual time for NDVO to send AOR2. May be they have sent it by mail because of which it is taking time. It is also possible that it is lost in the mail.
Since you have already sent an inquiry, you should just wait for now. If you don't get any update in next couple of weeks and really want to know the progress, you can ask your MP to check. Not getting AOR2 is not a big deal but you should confirm the mode through which NDVO sent AOR2. They'll most probably send the PPR also through the same mode and you definitely do not want the PPR to be delayed or lost. Does the PA has an email on the form?

FYI, AOR2 also asks for RPRF and PCC if not already sent. If you have not sent these with your application, you should send them now.

The first letter is your AOR1 and the second letter is your SA. You should get AOR2 email(acknowledgement) from NDVO generally within 2-3 weeks after SA. AOR2 email asks for RPRF.
When did you receive AOR1, SA and whats the date of In process for PR side?
Did you already send the RPRF receipt to NDVO?

Add your timeline in the NDVO 2016 spread sheet:

Appreciate the response Vikram.

Yes, PA has an E-mail on the form.

Interestingly, I received AOR1 by e-mail and SA by mail. So, I don't understand the pattern here. I will wait for few more weeks.
you said 'not getting AOR is no big deal'. What do you mean? Don't we need to know the client id?

There is no actual need to know the UCI of PA unless you are doing anything specific like ordering notes. If your application is processed straight to DM and PPR, you'll not need to use the UCI. COPR will anyways contain the UCI number and in the mean time you already have the application number to track or do MP inquiry.

Hi there's

I am in the same situation, mine started showing the processing on March 28th but I never received AOR2. Then I asked my lawyer about it and they said that it depends on the officer, some officers don't sent AOR2.

Same exact thing for me. Feb 9th applicant and on april 26th we got the email saying that our file has been sent to New Delhi however after that nothing has changed on Ecas and we have no received any update on our file. It has been over a month now and I don't know what to do either. Is there a NDVO phone number that we can call to inquire about the whereabouts of our file or do we just wait and pray?

I have a question about pr visa stamping.

My sponsorship app reached March 8
April 1 they started processing
April 12 they approved me as sponsor and sent file to New Delhi
April 22 New Delhi office started processing as updated on website
April 29 New Delhi office sent letter about receipt of application along with air
May 7 or so Dm was made
May 16 they sent passport request to my spouse

My spouse is currently in canada on visitor visa. I have 2 options now. Either my spouse goes back to india and submits her passport there or she stays back and we submit the passport to cpc Ottawa.

In option 2, the concern is I am not sure how long cpc Ottawa would take to return the passport. If they take too long then my spouse's 6 months on visitor visa would complete and we might fall in trouble. Of course there is option to file for extension but we are not sure if that would get approved or not.

It would be great if some one could shed more light on this as to which option is better. Also please let me know how much time is taken by delhi office and by Ottawa office on an average
