Courier the original PCC to NDVO with your file number and name on the envelop, in addition email and CSE them a copy letting them know that you have couriered to the original to them . It's likely that because you changed your surname a new PCC is requested that matches that of your passport. You will need to get a new PCC with the name now mentioned on your passport.

Yours might have gone into BG check as well..bcz Im also late May applicant and got an email yesterday for PCC.

I hope we get it within days. ) ours is 25th may though but i saw someone with 24th may and aor2 as 2nd aug with bgc started.

I jus checked my account
No movement yet :/ seems like there are some old lazy officers at ndvo with few exceptions working aptly

I want the apt one to hold our file so that i can fly back with my husband

Almost another whole week gone, still BG Check in Progress since 11 Nov. I think my husband is the ONLY applicant left from January-April now on this site who has not gotten DM/PPR.

I have exhausted all avenues now. MP office sent an email to Minister's Office, and no response yet and that's been a week now.

I contacted the Military Attache in New Delhi (they are in the same building) and they said they would look into it, though can't promise that NDVO will give them any info. But since I am a military member, and they work literally down the hall in the same building, they said they would try. No response there either.

I guess my next step is wait till 15 January and that will be one full year and since the Minister has promised 12 months total now, at that point can I call CIC in Ottawa and actually speak to someone on the phone to find out why our file has not been worked on?

Even i ve not heard from them since my BG in process on 16 Nov. I think there another 31 March applicant Hemrup, who is waiting to hear like us. Hope we all get it soon. My husband did a MP enquiry and he said that the next review date is set for January 5.
