Can I stay with my husband in India upto 6 months while his PR application is under process. I am a Canadian citizen. There shouldnt be any problem. Any suggestions would help.

Lol...they will ask more proof for ur intention to return to canada and settle...if u are ok to deal with that there is no worries ty

I' am currently in the process of filling out the sponsorship applications forms and just had a quick question.
With regards to question 8 on the sponsor questionnaire form, where it asks the sponsor to list all the countries that he or she has resided in, is this only for the last 5 years? or is this from the time the person was born?

If someone could help clarify this for, I would appreciate any help!

Usually they go back and look into 5years history and more than that. If its more it will indicate for the number of years they want u to list. So go for the 5yrs

After how long can i expect a reply from them that they have updated my passport.
