Hello all

Finally, I've just sent out the application by courier today (15 Jan). Should reach Mississauga by Monday 18 Jan due to weekend. *fingers crossed* ;D

Just a quick question - In what order does one put the India Information guide and document checklist?

Cheers!

Hello everyone,

I am not sure if we have a spreadsheet so far, but I know another member named "Officer" has an existing thread and a spreadsheet. Here is the link to the thread and the spreadsheet:

Thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/new-delhi-ndvo-2016-spousal-sponsorship-outside-canada-t390498.0.html

spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PP7ZLRzJU9t0sCgsieS3ZGultz95wLFzy61EBNlKBf8/edit?usp=sharing

Let's use the spreadsheet in this thread or have one of our own. Whichever works. Kindly post your timelines into the spreadsheet. Cheers!! :)

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick question, I am ready to submit my spousal application this week. Just wondering if someone can help me in arranging the sequence of documents? Please correct me if I'm wrong here, but I was planning to arrange the file in 3 parts,

1) Sponsor Forms, Passport Copy, PR Copy, Marriage Certificate, Option C, Bank Statement, Letter of Employment & Pay Stubs

2) Spousal Forms, Civil Id's (Passport Copy, Adhar Card & license), Pre-medical, Police Clearance, Appointment Letter, Pay Stubs, Birth Certificate & School Degrees

3) Supporting Docs - 150 Photos (Includes everything), Relationship Summary, Wedding Receipts, Engagement Receipts, Honeymoon Receipts, Whatsapp Chat history, Call history, FB Insta Updates and some other movie & restaurant receipts.

Are this sequence alright or someone has a better idea on how to arrange these docs?

Also, if someone could confirm the courier address if its 2 S Peck Drive, Mississauga? and if how much fees we need to pay and in what order?

Please let me know at the earliest convenience.

Thank you and awaiting for your positive response.

Hi Guys,

I am planning to submit my application on Thursday, Feb 11th, 2016.

Just had couple questions before I do that:

1) Where exactly do you attached spouses 6 photos ?

2) Immigration guide for India - do we need to attached that as well with the application ?

Thank you,

SS

Hello SS,

1) For the 6 spouse photos : I just put them in a clear zip lock and attached it to the form using a paper clip. As long as you have it in your package - they will file it once they receive it.

2) Immigration guide : Yes, you have to attach that as well with the application, and put a tick or X on the boxes to indicate what documents you are submitting for the spousal part.

Hope this helps.
Aamm.

So my application got returned today because apparently in the Generic Application Form (Page 2 Contact Information Q1), I mentioned my Canadian address for my wife's current mailing address, as my wife is currently living with me on this address on a TRV.

They said and I quote "A correction to the mailing address specified on the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008) to reflect the mailing address of the Principal Applicant; or, if the Principal Applicant wishes to have correspondence mailed to the address specified, a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) is required for the authorization of release of documents and information to the individual residing at this address."

In this case, should I enter her Indian mailing address?

Request some urgent assistance as I need to rectify and send this application again tomorrow.

Cheers!
