We received our interview date atleast 1.5 months before our interview so that was first week of June and our interview was conducted on July 25, 2016.

Trust me its not just for me, believe me, when we are stuck up in this wait, its seems that just the ppr call means everything, but the bigger challenges are awaiting...
Not trying to scare anyone or give a wrong image...

My only take is early removal of this condition keeps the balance in a relationship..
Hope everyone gets me.

Hi,
Status still In Process. File Re-opened on 6th July after submitting ADR (PCC) and with only criminality check as pending (This is what MP informed us).
As for the Posts; the very first post was when my file got transferred to NDVO ( No e-mail received ), the second post received was about Re-medicals on May 12th which was sent on 28th April !!
Finally, on 14th May received an E-mail ( for the very first time ) to submit requested documents mentioned in the attachment within the given time period & unfortunately there was no attachment with that e-mail ( incomplete e-mail ), later received the same by post on 26th May to submit PCC !!

its now more then 39 days

i already sent email to atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca
how many days i have to wait to get response or get my notes ?

need help

I am totally against this cause, there were lot of people who married people from abroad just to get pr/citizenship of that country, if the marriage is not working out, simply take a divorce and prove it in the court that you were abused.

If it cannot be proved then just go back to your home country. This rule is as simple as that. Rule does not tell you to take any abuse?? The only reason to move to another country was marriage, if marriage did not work out then why even bother staying in the country??

What i would rather educate people to tweet them about is to reduce the initial wait times to a couple months and they can increase the wait times for conditional pr if they want.

This way people will not fight because of this long distance relationship frustration and it would really make people try to work out their relationships.

Just my 2 cents on the topic.

Its not just for me, its for each and every spouse who would be landing in Canada because many many landing spouses and harassed by their sponsors and they keep on suffering silently....
Its just that the removal of this condition saves the sponsored from all harassment...
its for all the sponsored people here....
Asking him on Twitter would build up the pressure, hopefully....
And for those all who are waiting, trust me this wait is nothing compared to the even bigger challeneges u will face in Canada - Job, Family front etc

Man its not the priority. ...we are waiting for our spouses to come home impatiently and u talking about conditional pr ......how bad the sense....sorry if i sound rude....

Two Question for form filling

for IMM-5481 ( Sponsorship Evaluation form)

1) It asked to fill last 12 month Net income preceding date of application.

We put date Aug-12/2016 . Do i need to calculate income from 2015/08/01 to 2016/08/11 ? or 2015 Income Tax CRA assessment notice information ?

For form IMM-5540 ( Sponsers Questionnaires)

2)

For Question no 9 : Are you PR of canada ? and it ask date and Which Canada visa office issued immigrant visa or COPR ? I got my immigration visa/COPR from New Delhi CHC. But on back of my PR card it say " Toronto". What should i mention here ? New Delhi or Toronto ?

It takes almost 12-15 days to reach after the dispatched date !! Plus those letters are not even registered posts.. Totally Unprofessional

Better to call cic canada if you want to change any information.

hi pgu :) we did not apply for d notes yet. during the processing time my spouse changed d job which v have nt updated to cic. now the wry is dat for applin for notes dey ask sponser's job details :( dats y we hav not applied it...evn today one of d june applicants hav got DM. who did remed. on 3rd aug. 2016 ....M happy for dem :) :) :) But y d hell cic cant c us waiting since more dan 2 mnths aftr remedical :( :( :(

Is it really necessary to update or inform cic about job changings of sponser?
