How long it takes to get update from NDVO after SA and moving the file Out of Canada.

Does AOR2 comes to SA or PA ? email or mail.

Two Question for form filling

for IMM-5481 ( Sponsorship Evaluation form)

1) It asked to fill last 12 month Net income preceding date of application.

We put date Aug-12/2016 . Do i need to calculate income from 2015/08/01 to 2016/08/11 ? or 2015 Income Tax CRA assessment notice information ?

For form IMM-5540 ( Sponsers Questionnaires)

For Question no 9 : Are you PR of canada ? and it ask date and Which Canada visa office issued immigrant visa or COPR ? I got my immigration visa/COPR from New Delhi CHC. But on back of my PR card it say " Toronto". What should i mention here ? New Delhi or Toronto ?

I am totally against this cause, there were lot of people who married people from abroad just to get pr/citizenship of that country, if the marriage is not working out, simply take a divorce and prove it in the court that you were abused.

If it cannot be proved then just go back to your home country. This rule is as simple as that. Rule does not tell you to take any abuse?? The only reason to move to another country was marriage, if marriage did not work out then why even bother staying in the country??

What i would rather educate people to tweet them about is to reduce the initial wait times to a couple months and they can increase the wait times for conditional pr if they want.

This way people will not fight because of this long distance relationship frustration and it would really make people try to work out their relationships.

Just my 2 cents on the topic.

I am in a similar situation where in my wife's PR file is in process at NVDO and we are expecting a baby soon. Could you please share the process to add child to the file? What forms/document we need to submit?

And what was the status in that ? What is your Gckey saying ?

On July 15th I received my last gcms notes. And the status was "not started ".
No changes with GCKey. It's still as review in progress.
And no prob vth ques.. V are here to share our experience.

Agreed. Donot move to new country. Now immigration refusal is pretty high because people abused the system in last three decades.
Now Genuine cases being denied.

She can send her passport to Ottawa after ppr while in Canada

Don't worry dear. People also have got there ppr's after 2-3 days of interview. Just be strong & go visit the forum where interview questions are shared by people. Prep you n your husband together. If your marriage is genuine then you simply don't need to worry. Give them smoke supports to prove your point .
