Yes...applicant can also apply for notes but he/she needs to be in canada on TRV i guess to do that...
otherwise sponsor can apply for notes but he/she needs applicant's consent to do so. wish speedy process for all

I was along the one of the forum members at vfs chandigarh. I asked those people..they said v r brining your passport from chandigarh embassy. We were egerly waiting and suddenly a caged car with security guards stooped in front of vfs. We asked that is this from visa office. They said yes. And at that time our heart beats increased. We went inisde. The formailty of handling the packets back to us were done. I asked the guy that is it stamped in delhi. They said no ..now a days passport gets stamp at cnandigarh embassy. (Nearest visa office)
Very funny thing happed tgat i asked the forum member to open her packet and check. She said plz do me a favour. I am so nervous and scared....kindly open my packet.. so v exchanged our packets and opened them.. i opened her pack and there was a visa she opened my pack and there was visa... so v them returend happily back to our respective homes.....but its good to c that forum members atlast met at vfs centres ....made us very happy.....

Good update that pr visas r now stamped at nearest visa office so aftr passport submission it might be way quicker....hope so.....

There is one consent form. When you apply for GCMS , you should come across a link for a consent form.

Hello all,
I am putting my application end of this months. But last month I have been diagnosed with tuberculosis unfortunately.there is patch in my lungs which is coming on the X-ray. My question is can I put up my file without medical and will send to them when ask, and will it be safe? I am confused . Please reply

Yes surely u can forward ur application without med and submit it later when asked with ur aor2 email though it might delay ur file fr awhile(2wks-1.5month) then rest of the applicants around ur date bt that doesnt matters ...atleast ur file would start processing..... u vil get around 2-3 months of time to get better treatment n resolve it before u receive ur aor2 email asking fr medical..........
At that time u may go fr medical even if it is not completely resolve...cic gvs chance again at the end of processing to recheck particular test if any doubt in ur previous examination or ur previous examination is expired(i.e1 year validity)......or u may wait to submit ur application till u get completely better.....family class sponsorship r mostly not refused on the grounds of medical......
Go according to ur gut feeling....best wishes fr ur application...god blesd u n gvs u better health ....

As NDVO is approaching May applicants file, it seems to take tortoise speed..........
