Is it possible in India to get our driving history, and if yes! Let us know the procedure.

Driver history won't help to reduce the premium.it's only a insurance claim history you need to obtain. Also download the form from website which they need to be filled out.
Driver history only help to decide ur eligibility for the class of the licence.

Can somebody guide me, we received an additional documents request on April 26th, we sent them in May but the documents after were registered as being received on June 28th, people say it takes approximativly 2-3 months to get PPR after ADR so we should count from which date the April or the June? Our Medical and PCC are already up to date and there. I am trying to guess when we could expect PPR?

As max of the forum members quit as they gone through and reached canada and might busy in work there, that y did not see any moment from couple of days, i think there are few memeber left from 2014 including me who just remain in this waiting game... No PPR yet MP said everything is cleared dont know what VO holding the decision.....

My remedical completed 55 days before, no update after that. My file was reached new Delhi on 7 April 2015, in next month on 7 August 2016 file will complete 17 months time period.,and I am not expecting CHC new Delhi will send ppr upto August. What legally can we do if CHC new Delhi not processing file,not expecting ppr after crossing 17 months deadline. Many applicants like Anjali, jagga file crossed 17 months. I have foreign travel history and file stuck in foreign travel check, security background checks, but CHC new Delhi supposed to process file in 17 months deadline wether someone put on interview,cleared interview, weher have foreign travel history.
90-95 % 2014 applicants got canada PR in 12-13 months, few like me got screwed in interview without any reason besides first marriage no age gap equal qualified, and all proofs photos submitted ceremony done and even 2015 applicants got Visa in 12-13 months, and 2016 applicants getting PR visa in 6-7 months. Just sit and wait after crossing 17 months is really pathetic, painful. I am getting depressed. All got Visa in 12-13 months and max in 18 months but my file waiting almost 21 months till date.

No one cares when they reach canada.
It's thier luck they got Visa in 12-13 months or max 18 months.
Like me, waiting for PPR for 21 months.
Interview cleared, remedical received CHC new Delhi almost 2 months before.
File stuck in foreign travel checks I have 11 months canada travel history (clean record and Canada pcc already submitted)

Have your file crossed 17 months since reached CHC new Delhi? If your file have crossed 17 months since reached CHC new Delhi...... I'm not provoking you, but can't you do something legal action against CIC about not processing file in 17 months deadline time period.

We are very few 2014 new Delhi applicants who have been screwed and put in backlogs besides clearing interview, remedical received. CHC new Delhi don't care about us because CHC new Delhi have cleared majority of 2014 applicants. If very few left, then DT care about it. They have excuse that certain PR spouse quota of 2014 Applicants reached.
But what about 2016 applicants, that CHC new Delhi have been issuing PR visa in 6-8 months.
If new government have increased quota for spouse PR applicants then why not they should clear 2014 backlogs, and after issuing visa, clearing 2014 backlogs, should go, move towards 2016 and 2015 applicants. Most,worse embassy in spouse PR processing. Those who got PR in 12-13 months or in 6 months DT KNOW what is pain to wait for 20-22 months or even 2 years. Many genuine applicants have been put on for interview even No red flag. Just to increase backlogs for 2014 applicants.

Neither mp nor CHC case specific inquiry helps to process application.
All I can do is to wait and look at CHC new Delhi, even after crossing 17 months deadline. Condition will remain same. I am really frustrated and depressed. Please inbox me, kindly suggest me if something can be done after crossing 17 months deadline just waiting after crossing 17 months deadline is not way.

I am 2014 September applicant. its been 3months of re-medicals and haven't heard a word from CIC delhi. I was going through the website and found this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp. PPl whose application has crossed 19 months can try this out with case specific inquiry.

Please don't loose hope. I am praying that all your files gets processed as soon as possible.
It's true lots of members don't care once they are with their loved ones (and may be there are few who have busy life). But as I said earlier I will still keep checking forum and will be reachable through PM.
I will do whatever I can to help.

It's frustrating for me as well :-X to see you guys/girls waiting for such a long time even after clearing Interview/other processes. But don't loose hope. I wish you all fast visa.

Without any reason they have put our files in backlogs even after clearing interview, remedical received, submitting. Why don't they clear 2014 applicant backlogs and put 2016 applicants in backlogs. Its illegal, and totally incorrect. my file entered in 21 month, still no PPR.

If one does not get good service or fair decision even from High Commision ,one can knock the door of OMBUDSMAN. ........you can complaint against them and they will look in to the matter ,it's very massive platform for being heard .
Few people from India recently complaint against New Zealand embassy to OMBUDSMAN for making wrong and negative decisions on their visa applications ,it was strongly dealt and NZ has to overturn their decion and applicants later got VISA......
It's awareness Guys .....We should be aware of our rights .......even it's Canada High Commision ,it does not mean whatever they do is right and they can harass people emotionally and mentally .
