It is advisable to approach another MP but give some time in between atleast 1 month or order GCMS notes . It has happend in the past that two MP's give 2 different statements ,even same happened with me .

MP'S don't do anything special ,they just call or email OTTAWA call centre for the details ,they don't have any Influence on time NDVO will take to process application . It is very UNFORTUNATE but is truth .

yeah ,one of the February 2015 applicant got decision made on 27 August in the 19th month ,hopefully your good news is on its way .

When they put a file in Registery there is a due date set up ,and same reflects on the concerned VO system too . There are different teams too who reminds VO by email about overdue cases and which needs to be worked on .

What does location of file REGISTRY means ?

ELIGIBILITY passed is a very positive sign ,I don't think you will be called for interview ,you will recieve remedical email followed by PPR ......

This is really very upsetting and frustrating ,22 months and still not issuing VISA ....this is really very unfortunate that Canadian Embassy which claims that family reunion is their top priority ,doesn't care much when it comes to real life scenario ,spoiling life of married couples .
