NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

Hello,
I am Nov 2014 applicant and received re-medical request in Nov2015, but after that nothing happened, as per recent MP enquiry gotta know that they started reverification for sponsor. Can please senior advice what's that and how long it will take now..really frustrated.

Hi Raj, it must be security check.but it shouldn't take that long. Did you apply for gcms notes or case specific enquiry.

Now 19 months deadline time period mentioned including 56 days of sponser approval.
Earlier 17 months were mentioned (time when file reaches new Delhi)
My file reached new Delhi on 7 April 2015, and file recieved at cic mississauga on 26 November 2014 (application file date).
I think My file crossed 19 months right??
It took around 3.5 months file to reach Delhi in our case, in most of nov-dec 2014 applicants.
Should I send them case specific inquiry?
I have foreign travel history and I have already submitted canada pcc from rcmp canada. Attached in my file. I think may be delaying file 2-3 months.

Hi Mogga, I think you should get copy of gcms notes to get rough idea about proceedings with your application.
It's seems like they are putting sponsors on security checks, it's a whole new trend at ndvo to make you suffer everyday and get a excuse that your file is under further check.ndvo is really ruining lives.

As per Map enquiry have been told that sponsor's reverification initiated again. I have already raised CSE but they did not reply, last week applied for GCMS notes.

hello i want to know some thing reverification of sponsor doesnot happen once file is transffered to new delhi
i mean are u sure that they have told u same thing bcs it might happen that they might doing background check
for you not for sponsor
or else your case is like jagga where he/she has cleared interview , remedical but its on hold
because they are doing background check of sponsor

My wife applied online 3rd set of GCMS NOTES on 25 June 2016, we have to wait until 25-30 July 2016
We applied second notes in March, and never got GCMS NOTES reply, we only got reply from first notes that we applied in January and reply got in Feb 2016 (in which interview required was mentioned). till date we never got reply of second set of notes which we had applied in March 2016. This is how visa officers at CHC new Delhi works. I DT KNOW why NDVO delaying your file. Background, security checks (not any foreign travel history) doesn't not take that much time as taking in your case, file. I have foreign travel history, and 2-3 months waiting for background, security checks to clear. On 20 August... It will be 3 months after remedical received.

It never happens. Either your mp lying or visa officers at CHC new Delhi lying.
Filled must be stuck in backlogs, background, security checks. They put your file in backlogs like other 2014 applicants

It's been 19 months since application filed, interview cleared, canada pcc from rcmp canada already submitted, attached in file, remedical received at CHC new Delhi on 20 may 2016. After remedical waiting. I already posted that 2016 applicants getting PR in 6 months. They put 2014 applicants on hold, backlogs. In our case without Ann reason visa officer put interview.. After clearing interview over phone, visa officer didn't bother to Send remedical request email. After 1 month struggle we got remedical request 1 month after interview clear date. How careless they are??? And now again put our file on hold. I have already submitted canada pcc from rcmp canada, I didn't need to go to CHC new Delhi for fingerprints. If CHC new Delhi already have canada pcc from rcmp canada, why they are taking so much long time? It illegal and unjustified

Every couple who gets married to a foreign national gets reunited (gets spouse visa) within 6 months ,United Kingdom processing spousal application in just 42 days no matter how many applications they receive ,US less than 6 months ,then WTF Canada ruining life of couples by taking up to 19 months for a process which should take less than 6 months .They are making things horrible even people who completed interview ,making them wait like anything .....This is not acceptable .
Inefficient people hired by CIC who can't make a difference between real and fake ,and taking years now to finalise the application .

Our update is that we got ADR on April 25th and after MP enqury on Friday the MP told us the requested documents were registered on our file on July 12...wtf only 3-5 days agoooooo....anyway now our file is completed and we waiting for PPR...anyone do you have an idea how long should take? Remedical and fresh PCC are updated and there. Its been 20 months sice applying. The MP told us that when there is ADR they prolonge the time frame with 1 month,...so officially their time is 19 months and because we got ADR our time is 20 months...in all cases we are due for PPR. F..k i cant bare this waiting anymore. I wish good week with many good news for all of us 2014 applicants!

You should check your ecas to see if it's decision made.most of pprs are issued after its decision made.it shouldn't be too long if they don't put you in security or background check.btw what additional docs were requested.thanks

Hi Jagga,

The ecase is still in process. I dont have any travel history, zero, so i hope the background and security check should be done by now. They asked us for copy of the pandit letter from our wedding to prove the conversion of my wife to hindu...she is western not indian girl. Really i hope it doesnt take more than 2-4 weeks for the PPR. I was thinking is it a good idea to send a case specifik enquiry this week, i sent one last week but it was the day they registered our documents. Regards
