They won't let you in unless there's an emergency such as lost or stolen passport or some other kind of urgency, if you want to go to the embassy for status updates thats not gonna help. I tried but in vain. I am canadian citizen but still they didn't let me in.

Can i go to new delhi visa office directly and ask about my application status directly ?
As i am in new delhi today and thinking to go there directly tomorrow .

They wont let you in without a valid letter or unless you are a Canadian citizen !

My interview over phone approved on 11 April 2016, it's been 25days we haven't received remedical request email from ndvo. We did mp inquiry, local MP told us that ndvo had already sent remedical request email at my email ID and our immigration representative email address ID. We requested local MP to request remedical request email at thier email address and forward to us.

How NDVO works and tell lies to MP.
We are waiting for almost 25 days to get remedical request email.
What should we do now???

Applying what?Is there anything we need to do on getting interview mail? You just need to call the agency and book the interpretor..right?

Dear it ws During filling the form there is one section where they ask if interpreter required..i ws talking about that.

congrats dear for PPR, mine interview was also on 27th and decision made from last Tuesday but have not received PPR yet. Did you do re-medical upfront by your own ?

Interview reccomended applicant also. My MP is contacting ministers office to request a TRP if not then a TRV for my wife. Will find out in a week.

I had gone to visit my wife for 10 days to india. Before that I consulted my mp to seek help. She brought my case to ministers office to find out any altrrnative. They suggested to send a case specific inquiry to accomodate my interview during my visit to india. But it didnt happen. Meanwhile I went to my mp after returning and consulted again. Then she suggested that she will again take my file to ministers office to request a trp.

Btw your interview will be most likely in August and you will receive interview letter in July.

Right now Oct applicants are getting interview letters for June.

Minister cannot schedule your interview. I have not followed your earlier posts. Have you applied for a TRV?
If you haven't, then you should try that first.

I have not applied for a trv yet. Infact it was ministers office who suggested to my mp to request to cic to see if they would accomodate our interview which i doubted to begin with and didnt happen.
Now we are waiting again for my mp to hear back from ministers office to see if they can issue either a trp or help with trv.
The reason why we are mainly relying on mps help is because this is our 2nd application. We got married in 2013 in usa as my wife was residing there with her family since 13 years. We applied to LA then and had interview and refused it because after marrying my wifes status changed from dependant to married which made her lose her status in usa. So she shifted to india as she was holding an indian passport since her and her family's green card file was in process. So we appied from india finally and ofcourse previous rejection caused red flag so interview again. She has only been in india for only1 year thats why we are getting mps help with a trp or trv.

In our interview in LA the lady said she doesnt have any concerns with our genuiness of relationship. Only reason was her status. So now her status is regularized and i had stayed with her in india all of last year to support. Its been 3 years since our marriage and still havent been completed so hoping end is nearing.

i did a complete medical in August 2015 so its valid only till August 2016 probably thats why the speed up is I had requested the officer i dont wish to do another Re medical and wait further
