My local MP office is saying that NDVO is refusing to take enquiry within 17 months of processing time.
Any one had this experience.

Wow NDVO this is getting ridiculous. Our only connecting to NDVO is MP inquiry, now if they refuse then there's no way we have any idea when and where our applications is going.

I just hope that it's your MP that's refusing to do a inquiry.

so how do they judge who goes for interview?. and any clue. our processing time was all together 19 months. february would be the 19th month, anybody has any idea if they cross the processing times or should we stay positive that visa will come. also we applied for gcms notes a few days ago. somebody plz clarify what does MP mean . i have been reading posts and dont know about that.
please advice. we are so worried. thanx

Hello Everyone,

I am Sep 2014 applicant its been 6mts my file is In-process. I haven't received re-medicals yet. Applied noted in sep 2015 interview waived, criminality and background not started. Did case specific inquire, no response from NDVO. Last week we did MP inquire they told its gonna take several months for re-medicals. We are thinking of applying for Visitor visa. Right now I am not working I am doing accounting course.
Can any one please guide me on how to assure them that I will come back after few months?? Is there any format to apply Visit visa?
your suggestion will be great help to me.

Hi everyone.. I didn't have access on this forum dunno what happened !

My interview was on 1st Dec & it was done with Indian visa officer.
So first thing he raised was on compatibility as my hubby is Sikh & I'm Hindu .
Plus we had withdrawn our inland application & applied from India .
Within 10 ms he was satisfied with my answers & our reasons for withdrawing application earlier . He looked at few family pics asked me who is who , where do I stay, did my hubby visit . He also kept few pics
That's all. Lastly he said my rcmp clearance is pending as I had stayed more than 6 months in Canada cz of my student visa , he advised embassy will contact for rcmp .
My new medical & pcc were also accepted. Status still in process . But he mentioned my application is approved.
Also he told me v f s office has shifted in delhi.

So it was good . It's a relief ...now awaiting for rcmp ..God knows how much longer time for that.

Can't be sure. Some ppl get DM within a couple weeks of remedical. Some get it several months later.
Some people get PPR without DM. There's no trend.

Definitely no trend as well. We did re-meds in Sept and still waiting

Hello

Initially I also thought like that. But don't know why they are taking more than 3 months after remedicals if everything else is clear. We did remedicals on August.I'm October,2014 applicant.

We are waiting after the re-meds as well. It seem like there are quite a lot of Oct applicants waitings after re-meds.. Hopefully we hear back soon.

I have questions regarding applying NOTES.
I live in India PRINCIPAL APPLICANT (sponsored person), and my wife is Canada PR, She lives in Canada.
Do I need to fill my name, my date of birth and my signature/date on SECTION A of this form 5744 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf
Shall I sign in the SECTION A in this form , and send it as hard copy by registered mail to my wife, and she will fill and sign SECTION B and SECTION C in which her email address will be mentioned.
Can we get GCMS NOTES on my wife's email address ?
