My medical expired in November..
Any January applicant getting remedical request???

I am new on this fourm.
I filed spousal visa for my wife from missisauga ofc in nov 2014.
In feb 2015 they send me the update that file has been transferred to india.
Nxt update was that they start working on my file in march 2015 and they recieved medical too.
But in nov 2015 they request me for re-medical assesment, which she did rite away.
and till then there is no such update.
So i just wana know if anyone could tell me wat and when will be the nxt update.

dude did u ( sponser) or yr wife (applicant) get remed request . none can sAy how long after remed by d way

Mine is due to expire on 10 Dec ..gotta see when thy send remed request

Hello Everyone,

I am Sep 2014 applicant its been 6mts my file is In-process. I haven't received re-medicals yet. Applied noted in sep 2015 interview waived, criminality and background not started. Did case specific inquire, no response from NDVO. Last week we did MP inquire they told its gonna take several months for re-medicals. We are thinking of applying for Visitor visa. Right now I am not working I am doing accounting course.
Can any one please guide me on how to assure them that I will come back after few months?? Is there any format to apply Visit visa?
your suggestion will be great help to me.

Can anyone tell me if there is any chance to get a visitor visa at this stage? Waiting for long after remedical and if it is going to be a big delay for the next update then i was thinking about visitor visa..

he was asked her wife's favourite food
who arranged marriage
total gathering in marriage and ring ceremony
why there are few ppls present at the time of anand karj.

got call from mp. she said ndvo has sent her some details. the interview is waived and mentioned about the last email ndvo sent to my husband regarding his employmnt details. she said shes gona send another enquiry tomorrow to see why they hvnt updated about the medicals. my husbnd is a dec 8 applicatnt with medicals valid till march 2016. lets see whats next.

I have an doubt,and would really appreciate immediate replies,Kindly help me

I applied for my wife's PR on Nov 15 , and my wife received passport request yesterday. Now in the letter they have mentioned to notify if there are any change in conditions like birth or pregnancy. Recently(couple of days ago) my wife tested for pregnancy and it came to be positive.Just 3 weeks back she has done her Remedical exam ,She is planning to land in canada in Jan 2nd week ,So assuming she might be 2 months pregnant by now, I have following below mentioned questions.

1) Is it okay to not declare that she is pregnant at this early stage (considering that she will be 3 months pregnant when she lands in jan 2016) ?
Any harm in not declaring it ?
2) If we declare that she is pregnant now , will it further delay the process by any change, as we have waited so long and reached the final stage of decision made and the passport request. ?
3)On an average how many days will it take to receive passport once we submit to VFS ?

Im a December Applicant , My Initial medical expired on November 17. My wife got re-medical yesterday. I have booked for re-medical this weekend.My wife is in Canada with me .
