Now my question is applicants those who have got re medical request literally means that the decision is made on the file and the decision is the positive one (re medicals got cleared)?? ??? ???

Yeah, I have another doubt , if they have asked for re medial request they should have completed all other checks like eligibility, background checks(security, criminality and rfv check) by this time know???

That's what i was informed by many known friends, getting a re-meds request after In process means so much to our file in positive way. but i don't know why they take so much time after remeds are submitted? : in my case its going to almost 2 months from IP.

Oh ok,according to me I feel you should wait for another month and then apply for the notes so that you can get a better clarity on your file

yeah exactly! IP: august 6 2015, REmeds : august 24 , remeds sent: august 25. so a month is over sending my remeds.
