Yeah, I have another doubt that if they have asked for re medial request they should have completed all other checks like eligibility, background checks(security, criminality and rfv check) by this time know???

I was thinking the same as well. I can only presume that they are ready to issue the visa and are waiting since the medicals have expired so we look it as a positive sign.

The process applies only to cases where a final decision is pending due to either:

the expiration of a medical certificate; or,
when the validity of the medical certificate is about to expire and the applicant is unable to land before it expires.
And
Review the validity of the medical certificate of all the persons included in an immigration application and if necessary, request the reassessment of the medical file for all those eligible for the process.

It means all our checks (that is eligibility background (security criminality and rfv checks)have got over that's why they have asked for re medicals request so which means it's a positive note

Now my another doubt is if all the checks have got over they should have updated our file as "decision made" that's an another confusion??

Don't think I have heard anyone say that they have "DM" with expired Medical.
I think you should order notes (if you have never ordered before). It will really give you all the answers if eligibility and security have passed.

As rambopg also mentioned, I have never seen people go DM while the medicals have expired. Once the re-medicals have been received/reviewed ECAS changes to DM then PPR.

I've already got re medicals request and it's been 1 month rambopg and my medicals have been send the same day

Also, as Orchid said he/she had

Remed request: August 24, 2015

Which means they haven't finished the Security/Background check when they sent the ReMed Request. There is no way that they finish the security/background in 20 days of you going In-Process (at least that's what I have observed from other members).
Usually eligibility is passed if you get In-Process (not always the case though).

Yeah I know that with expired medicals they don't give dm but it is been a month now in fact more than that

Thanks bro, this is great information.. i guess that mean we have passed out the requirements.
But one thing i dont understand is that some of the applicants did remedical for while now, but still very few DM.
