I've stayed in UAE for more than 6 months after filing for PR (Filed in March 2015). I'll be obtaining a new PCC from UAE next week. Does anyone know where to send this document? NDVO or CIC?

My wife who is applicant is going to send her passport to Ottawa

Does it really takes 17 months to process? What was average time for all you 2014 applicants?
When do you think I should expect IP status?

From the spreadsheet,it appears average of 9-10 months from the date of application for DM/PPR.IP comes 7-8 months after application date as per 2014 spreadsheet

That was timeline until June 2014 applicant.
After that it has gone worse due to Nepali Earthquake applicants.
Now you can expect one year.

It took 9-10 months for them to look at my file (October 28th, 2014). Hopefully, another 2-3 months to decision made and passport request. Totals up to 1+ year. For those who are schedule for interview might take longer, don't know exactly how much longer.
