Hi , I am August Applicant. My wife is canadian citizen. She has applied for my spouse sponsership and my file was received in mississauga on 16 Aug , 2015 . Can you please tell in what steps the application process takes place. When i can expect to submit my passport for visa. what is the total expected time for the whole process , to get visa and land in Canada?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this question.

My wife she has a medical bsc and bed and she was a teacher in India. If she wants to do similar job here or something with her bachelor of science does she have to start school all over again or can she use her credentials from India?

I want to reply..there is nothing to worry...your wife can become teacher... Your indian certificates r valid...if u r in Ontario provience then there is a seperate body known as Ontario college ifio teachers OCT..which provides teaching license to all...irrespective of country...you should visit tge website oct.ca and whole process will be started after you apply online and pay fees. Talk to them via phone..they will clarify you..in case you have doubt u can feel free to ask more on it..

The next step is you will go IP and its currently taking an avg of 8-9 months for a straight forward cases and some the total 17 months,they are currently working on applications from Oct/Nov 2014. You should count from Aug 16 plus 8-9 months.

Hi i have a question regarding Re-medical. My wife medical was expired on June 2, 2015. I file my Application oct 7, 2014 and haven't heard anything from them yet.

Is it a good idea to do re-medical and send them? or should i just wait patiently.

You have two choices first one,dont need to wait until you hear back from them as you are really close to get updates. U can go a head and do remedicals. Second is wait until you hear back from NDVO or notify them regarding expiring medicals
