Yeah that's true,,,, but they can finish brand new files but can't even just check our files ...... And mp says they extended time frame which is just an excuse

Hi Everyone,

I applied on Oct 17th , lots of people after that date are In Process.
Any reason why they might have skipped my file? Is it because the medicals have expired?
I'm waiting for a remedical request from them but there's radio silence! :(

hi...i guess its nothing to do with medicals. even my medicals got expired in july...after that only i got in-process. u gotta wait patiently. don't get lost just because even December month applicants are getting into in process. i guess wen they clear applicants who got in process august month within few days they will definitely look into October applicants.

hi
any idea guys when ndvo start picking 2015 files??????????

Hate that ....,, we are stuck for no reason..... I have question on notes its says file assigned due date 18 sep 2015 ..... It was March 18 in last GCMS notes but now they changed to September
That means they have bring forward the due date (bfd)
What about re medicals have they mentioned on notes
As per my knowledge they work in this time frame
If the application is complete it takes 6 to 8 months time
If additional docs or re medicals 12 to 14 months time that means they have dump the file.
In case of interview it is 15 to 16 months time at times 18 months because of medicals getting expired at the time of interview if you give them the medical id they will take 1 to 2 months to update medicals and issue the ppr

In eligibility assessment there would be some due date which is for a period of 12 months that's an alarm signal for ndvo if the file has no interview then 1 to 2 months from due date in case of interview ppr will be issued after 15 th month

For everyone who mentioned their Ecas changed to IN PROCESS, can you pls elaborate if only the outside message is In Process. For example, really when a file goes in process they also write "we started processing your file on so and so date".

So I am thinking that there are now a few people with IP but no IP date (still AR/MR) this could also mean that it is a new process CIC is following but really the the file is still in que?
Because yes I am a dec applicant and how could my ecas say IP and other dec applicants when sept, oct and nov arent even complete. Also someone mentioned that if ur paperwork is fully complete and sent then they do speed up the process....in that case my file's paperwork is all sent nothing missing. I did receive a letter back in april along with AOR2 to pay RPRF and send PCC. After that nothing!

It wud be great if people can share their thoughts on this...

Hi Preetiv,

Could you help me to understand the process they may follow for my case ?

I applied on 30th Sept and there after my status went in process on June 11. On 23rd June, i got call from High commission of Canada that whether i can enter in Canada before 15th August as my medical is expiring on this date and in first instance - i gave my consent with acceptance. After that i did not hear anything from them. On July 30, i sent an email via case specific inquiry and on Aug 10th, i received call again from High commission of Canada, Delhi and lady stated that my file has been queued into for interview. I asked then why it has been informed my on 20th june that i might ready to depart on 15th August and i have nothing in writing but she did not answer that. Preetiv - do you have any idea that until when i may receive interview call letter ? Please suggest ... Thanks very much.

Hey Orchid 14. I am canadian citizen sponsoring my wife, she is from Delhi. I am staying with her in Delhi till she gets visa. I guess I am not scared regarding the IP, rather if anything I hope its a good thing for everyone...so I hear that file is IP, generally the interview is waived?

oh okay :). yes that's what everyone said...if ur file is in-process it means you have cleared background checks...interview is waived. atleast this is the only hope that makes me survive :P

Hi,
I guess, after you got a call from cic , while processing your file for ppr they would have got some doubt that's the reason they have put you in interview queue.
May I know when was your file transferred to ndvo
