notes is a information about your immigration file put by immigration officer. in short that you can find out what is going on with your file. you can order this by cic website, under find forms , a right to access a information act. I hope this help

Medicals is about to expire September 4th but in the call they said she has to travel by October first week. Looks like its extended by a month.

Status changed to Decision Made today (06th Aug) directly from AR. No IP.. No content added inside.. it is still showing AR/MR.

Long time huh!!! how are you doing ?? It only disappoints us coming into forum coz we haven't seen any movement for the past one month,no IPs no DM and PPR is completely forgotten and ignored.When all of us got IP,we were so happy thinking that now we will be with our respective spouses,but NDVO shattered all our dreams.Our lives are controlled by them,we are simply puppets in their hands.Its a difficult phase of our lives yet we have hope that sooner or later we all will get visa.
By the way it was good to hear from you preetiv,I sincerely pray for all of you people to get visa ASAP including me

Hi all,

Today I called CIC call center to know

1) Can a sponsor leave the country while the PR application is in process.

The answer is yes and it would not affect your spouse application. Also, he mentioned to inform NDVO that I will be in India in So and So address.this will help them to send u something if they want. There is no Time period.

I thought of sharing this as I see lot us say if sponsor leaves the country then PR application will be rejected/refused.

May be it is for Inland and not Outland. Since the agent asked whether PR application is Inland or Outland.

Can someone call CIC and verify the same.Its good to double check sometimes.

Have you ever applied for notes? Do you know why did NDVO schedule you for interview? And you got the interview time and all of a sudden it's IN process? Amazing. Hopefully they have waived your interview. .
