After got IP i thought this waiting time is going to finish within a short time rather it continue to be another pain. You guys are really awsome in helping........ Its been a month since we got IP nothing changed after that.......... Really worried and tensed as our medicals is going to expire by Augest 21st. I really dont have any clue about what to do ao anything to expect......
My wife is principal applicant and she cannot redo her Medicals especilly x-ray as she is pregnant until December......? Does anybody have any clue of NDVO accept medicals without x-rays.....??? I am totally confused and tensed............???

Now a days it taking them 3 months to put medical records to their system.
Do an MP enquiry again. You should here from NDVO soon.

Thanks for your reply
My interview was gone very smooth. i was worried before interview but during interview i was very calm it was natural one more thing it was due to interpreter.
hire a interpreter you will also feel calm. question were general and she was just want to know what i know about my partner and about my marriage. she was trying to confirm the genuineness of my marriage .

she asked about my marriage dates , where we met first time? my educational background? .
Everyone know why they are put in interview. Prepare your weak points they will definitely ask questions about that weak points.

At last My case officer ensure us that ASAP i submit my medical she will send me PPR . My medical was expire at that time , but still my status is IP i really very frustrate now.

Tihompra01,

Gagan Kharor said his wife is the sponsor and she is a Canada PR. And his Son is Canada citizen by birth. Please see his previous post.

I said PR Sponsor is not supposed to live (not more than 4 weeks vacations) in another country during sponsorship process.

I am about to apply for the Spouse visa. I am a PR and stayed in India for 10 weeks. And so far all the people whom I have spoken to, they say that there is no reason for refusal as long as I am planning to return back to Canada. In case of emergencies if we have a valid reason, the Immigration officer will accept the case

wow .. congrats to bahia.. y have ndvo left aug applicants pending..interview waived acc to notes. so marriage is termed 'genuine'.. do they hold it for so long just for security n criminality check????

no idea bro, just saw it yesterday after a week. So got an update.
Best of Luck to you. Hope to hear some more good news

Bahia file got transferred to NDVO in November end and yours too. Hopefully you will see some change in status too. Count from the day it got transferred to NDVO not from the month you submitted for sponsor evaluation. NDVO can work on your file only once they received it here not when it was processing in Canada for first stage.

thanks for sharing this info!! it surely will help all to prepare!

Hi, Jswalia, any update on your file? Looks like we have similar timelines.

Guys, so sorry for being too inquisitive, but I don't know where to find the answers. This forum seems like the best place to be in. I see many people here have expired Medicals. What do we do about it? Do we wait for re-medical request or go ahead and do it ourselves?

You might hear from them by this month end or beginning of next month mate.

All the best.
