Hi guys ,

I am Hanna and am going through the spousal immigration. Please help me with my doubt after reading my details.

Below are my details:-

category- Spousal immigration
Visa office- New delhi
App. filed- 16th july 2014
Med's done- June 2014
AOR recieved- 17th September 2014


On the CAS portal i saw the following statuses -

*Medical results have been recieved.

*We started processing your application on March 1, 2015.

There is no update after 1st March 2015. Please can anybody let me know, how many months do they take to complete the process after the application process has started?

Hope so u will get ur visa before medical expire

I need EMERGENCY HELP.

I applied my case on 8th Aug 2014. Got remedical request on 28-05-2015 and in the letter from CIC it is clearly mentioned that I have 7 days to comply with the request.
I sent mail for appointment. but the appointment i have been given is after the 7 days limit. i have sent them many mails but they wont reply and give me any new appointment.
Can someone please guide me what to do as it is clearly mention in the letter that failure in complying with the request may result in refusal of my application.

request to all senior members for advice.

Is there anyone facing the same problem,??

Why don't you take that letter personally to the hospital, to request for an early appointment?

It ok no need to worry. The mail from CHC says you need to contact the physician within 7 days which you did and appointment they can give whenever they are free they give you appoitment. Alll CHC cares is did you contact physicanwithin 7 days

When you do upfront medicals , you get UMI# on your medical sheet. Is it ok if you can use the same UMI number and do your re-medical? I believe since using UMI#, upfront medicals were attached to the application ,so re-medicals should also get attached even if you do not have IME#/re-medical request from CIC?? Any suggestion?

Eligibility : Not Started , Due Date : Oct 2015
Security : Not Started , Due Date : Nov 2014
Criminality :Not Started , Due Date : Nov 2014
Medical : Passed , Valid : June 2015

It seems weird as due dates have already passed .
Also, nothing has been done on the file since Oct 2014 . no notes are added since then.
I am Sep 2014 applicant.

Probably they haven't started processing September applications yet.
