So if 8-10 months time frame belong to those who are lucky and have no queries in the file, how long in months on average does it now take to get PPR from the time the file is sent for AOR 1. Also, what is the procedure to order notes on the file. Just wondering if there any chance it might go against one for requesting notes?. I am september 2014 applicant and so far NDVO has received my medical and have not reuested any futher documents or interview request.

I am also Sep 2014 applicant. My status is also Application rcvd and medicals recvd . To order notes , you can go to the TAB - Apply Notes in this excel sheet http://goo.gl/eLdUjO . I have ordered and waiting for response.

Told you already. Approx 8-10 months from the time of your application received in canadian embassy. Besides, there's no harm in requesting for the notes anytime during your immigration procedure. However, i might not be able to help you out with the procedure of requesting notes from NDVO. I request others to kindly answer his/her left out query

i was worried about the same as the due date mentioned in the notes is 1 yr from the date filed. I believe thats the dealine by which they have to process it.

I came across this so posting this for everyone who is ordering the notes. Basically guideline as to what is in the notes.

2014 spreadsheet requires access for modification. Only few members have access. If unlocked, someone messes it up big time as we saw couple of months ago.
