Great news. I just got my passport request today (May 11, 2015) if someone can add it to the excel file. Just looking for a confirmation from you guys on sending the passport (along with 2 photos and letter). A VFS location is not anywhere close to us so we are going to send it through DTDC to this address (from AOR):

Also, I was disappointed to see that no one else got an update last week.

Are (sponsored person) you India Citizen ? Many Nepal and Afghanistan citizens also in New delhi 2014 forum/spreadsheet.

I have applied since October 2013 and my spouse had an interview on February 2015 which says that spouse has clear/pass the interview and same time submitted the passport. Also, new medical is submitted in February 2015 but still my application status is "In Process". Any idea what can I do for the next step? Do you think lawyer can help in this situation? I am frustrated and I appreciate your expert help please.

Which month application is on process by NDVO........? Augest or october....... They forget about september applications ...???? We are still waiting....... Nothing has been changed yet...... Still AR MR....... Its been 8 months since i have submitted my file........

My recommendation will be to send it only via VFS ! ! No matter how far is the 'nearest' VFS office !
VFS gets the passport stamped and returned to you securely.
It's not worth taking risk for a passport, specially when it's going for stamping ..........

well ok u r lawyer is right bcoz u have no reason for remedical without CIC req. n my case situation is Quiet different, i m in interview Que so i think i have save some time. if i do re-medical without req. but nothing harm in it if we do .....

Now m waiting remedical rqst, my lawyer said wait for rqst .
