seriously now i am getting stressed out.. NDVO are stuck on first week of July. I did not hear any updates after that... hopefully soon they move ahead

arika i think status change in both ecas i mean sponser and applicants ecas.... bt who got IP,DM,PPR they know very well

I think it doesn't matter if u are a PR or a citizen to get your file processed faster? I think it's the time they take in NDVO to get the criminal background check cleared and every file is in a queue. As soon as they figure out that the marriage is genuine and criminal checklist comes out clear everything will go great. Just that the background check takes all the time. Lets hope and pray that this crucial wait for everyone ends soon.

Hi friends does NDVO send Landing Papaers too along with visa?

Yes you will get the landing papers along with Stamped Visa on PP. Do not sign or write anything on that as you have to sign it in front of Port officer at the airport while doing immigration thing.

You are a Canadian and they took 10 months to process your file? how long are you married for? Did you also do a MP check? Which city in Canada did u applied from? Sorry I am asking all this questions. You can understand that this wait is crazy without knowing what's going on with the files.

ya, i am CAN citizen, but no matter if you are PR or citizen, it depends on visa officer and quality / quantity of data provided.
yes, I did MP enquiry during the month of November and the reply is only that everything looks OK with the file and wait for three months.
that's it. I applied for my spouse after 4 months of wedding and during that time, i collected all communication records, gifts receipts, money transfers.

i also wrote that we also have other communications like viber, what's up, skype and facebooking, but didn't provide that records....

it will depend on BFD (bring forward date) assigned by visa officer, some officer will start processing after they receive it,
some of them receive it but wait for BFD... don't worry... very soon... wish you speedy visa...
