The case also. If u know RK SANDHU from 2013 applicant. She s the one who decided to esclate her issue bt she received the visa already now just a month bck. So dunn worry consult with lawyer. Take a action.

Guys,
my spouse's application was received on 30th June, 2014 & the AOR was sent to me on 15th September. Still showing as AR & have no idea when will they even process our application?? Anybody in the same situation. My processing office is in Delhi.

Hi guys can anyone tell me what is GCMS notes and how do we get it ?

GCMS/CAIPS notes provides the details regarding your file. As to which stages it has passed through and what comments the officer checking it has given, like if the interview is recommended or not, and what the officer feels about the compatibility of your relation based on the relation proofs that you had send. After you apply for the notes, it takes almost 30 days to receive it by email. You should apply it only if you have not heard anything for 6 months after your file got transferred to NDVO, if you apply early there is higher chances that your file has not yet been reviewed and you would not get any conclusive results from it.

The procedure is there in the spreadsheet, and there are many youtube videos available too.

I have a question regarding my GCSM notes that I just received. It states that Eligiblity is passed and remeds were received on NOV 17. My notes are dated NOV 28 and I don't see Security started yet. Is that normal? Shouldn't they start security as soon as they receive remeds? I am just curious.
