i am still waiting for my PPR its been over a month, shall i apply for notes or what shall i do in this situation? what is the way they will correspond with us. Is it only email or POST as well?? so worried about this

my file was received on JULY 23,2014. According to the website, it states Medical and Police Clearance Certificate received. Status: Application Received. Que: what is the next step? how long will it take? and which applications are processed at the moment?
